They always update all their programs to the newest version, like Cpanel. I should also say that control panel is modern and there are all the extras that you need. The tech support is amazing. They're all extremely knowledgeable and easily understands my geeky techno terms. Never ever had to use their phone service because the live chat is sooo amazing. I absolutely love Great support. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes for help. NETSHOP uptime is great. Not many features or add-ons for web site. The system is superb, with spam controls, webmail and mailing list management about as good as one could want. Great features. |

Good work! Things I like about NETSHOP include the automatic availability of SSH without requiring me to ask for it, numerous Apache modules, Perl modules, and other developer facilities. For example, Opencart, just choose the Opencart script, fill out your info and click a button and it builds the database for you. I haven't been aware of any outages. |

Helpful customer support. I had websites on Netshop Isp for about 4 months. The control panel is cPanel, which is more cumbersome and less user-friendly than cPanel. I must give a big thumbs up to the customer support as whenever I have issues, it never took more than 5 minutes to get in touch with them (using live chat) and in all cases they’ve answered my questions very professionally. |

Super good hosting for Wordpress Recommended - NetShop ISP UK cPanel web hosting is good. The web-based control panel is fairly basic but easy to use. Although if you need to transfer lots and lots of pages of your site you'll probably want to use an FTP client because there is no quick way to upload multiple pages via the web interface. |
