I have tried many and these guys are top of the charts for me, they are affordable, their support is lightening fast, I don't just host my own sites but also host my clients that use WordPress CMS as this is the most stable host from what I have seen. They've done all they've could in any situation to make sure that not only my site was operational, but everyone elses was operational too. If you do things the way you're supposed to, you'll have a response very quickly and usually the problem is fixed within minutes of that. |

Never had major issues! Opening an account was quite easy. It took only few minutes and shortly after, I had a token that advised me that I'll be able to post my new website. I must say that the only glitch I had to deal with was not related to GlowHost but to my particular case. The tech support rep was very good and helpful at solving the issue. Definitely recommend GlowHost to my folks. |

no downtime issues. The best thing about Glowhost is that there are no downtime issues. In fact, you can be completely certain that your website will be up for 99.9% of the time. I decided to opt for the simple shared hosting option that they had available and I can safely say that I could not have been any happier. In fact, at the end of the month I am back up for renewal and I am now thinking of going in for a VPS. While it is not cheap, I know that I will not face any problems with it. |

In over 20 support calls (almost never for a problem, almost always for an implementation or coding question) I have never had worse than 15 mins first response, usually with an appropriate resolution. Calls that took longer clearly needed to take longer. |

I use software to track any downtime and week after week my sites are up and working 100% of the time. I've had no problems. Been with GlowHost Intel Core i7 servers for only about almost 4 months and have been really great. I've had no problems with their server or anything. Their customer service is great as well. The support gets a grade A I called tech support (only web host i have found with actual phone support!!) and he looked into it for me, and asked me to wait a few minutes. Network and server uptime are perfect So far very good! - an email to ask some questions was answered within minutes despite being 11pm! and I wasn't yet a customer!!
